Form을 사용하려면 서비스 프로젝트로 이동하여 왼쪽 탐색 메뉴에서 프로젝트 설정(또는 서비스 프로젝트 설정) → 양식을 선택하고 우측 화면에서 “양식 만들기”를 선택하면 됩니다.
자동 생성된 제목(1) 을 변경하고 새로운 필드를 추가하기 위해 상단의 “필드 추가”(2) 메뉴를 클릭합니다.
필드를 클릭(3)하면 상세 정보를 볼수 있으며 우측 창(4)에서 필드의 값등을 설정할수 있습니다.(Learn how to link a form field to a Jira field.)
만약 필드To group fields into sections, select Section, and 필드를 조건부로 표시하려면 “섹션 추가(Add Section)”(1) 을 클릭하고 drag and drop a section element above (and another section element underneath) your desired field groups.
To make a section appear conditionally based on the data entered in a previous field, select the section above the fields you want to appear conditionally, and enter the conditions in the panel that appears on the right.
For a section to be conditional, the preceding field must be a radio, checkbox, or dropdown field.
Use the toolbar at the top to add elements, like tables (), columns, (), information boxes (), and more.
To see what your form looks like, and test any conditional logic and validation, select Preview.
When you’re finished building your form, select Save changes.
To go back to the forms page, select Back to forms.(2) 해서 표시할 조건 사이에 위치시킵니다.
위의 조건식은 명절 선물로 참치(1)가 선택되면 “참치 종류 선택” 드롭다운을 “스팸” 이 선택되면 “스팸 선택” 드롭다운을 표시하는 예제입니다.
우측의 섹션 설정(3)에서 “섹션 표시” 를 조건부로 놓고 아래의 “언제” 를 “선물 선택” 으로 “다음중 한 개” 를 “참치” 로 선택하면 선물선택이 참치일 경우 섹션을 거쳐서 아래의 “참치 종류 선택” 드롭다운 박스가 표시되게 할 수 있습니다.
“스팸” 일 경우에도 마찬기지로 섹션을 추가해서 조건부로 스팸 종류를 선택하게 할 수 있습니다.
이메일 필드를 추가하고 “변경 사항 저장” 을 누르면 Form 이 저장됩니다.
“미리 보기” 를 클릭하면 Form 이 의도대로 동작하는지 확인할 수 있습니다.
Form 설정이 끝났으면 하단의 “뒤로(Back to forms)” 를 클릭해서 Form 목록으로 돌아갈 수 있습니다.
